There was Staropramen on tap at Bottleworks! I’ve only been able to find it once in the US in Astoria New York City. And that day just happened to be the day Joe proposed in 2006! Eat your heart out Prague sushi club :P I’ve missed this tap.

For Seattle Restaurant Week we had dinner at Tilth, where chef and owner Maria Hines, a James Beard Award winner for Best Chef of the Northwest, features certified organic cuisine.
