Seattle International BeerFest

Saturday, July 7, 2012

Today Dave Howard flew into town from Juneau for the Seattle International Beer Festival at the base of the Space Needle in Seattle Center. We met up at the Westlake light rail station.

We walked down to Pike Place Market. Lavendar.
The new ferris wheel on the Seattle waterfront.
CenturyLink Field and Safeco Field with Mt. Rainier faintly in the distance.
Jackie close-ups pointing out the new ferris wheel and downtown stadiums.
This art sculpture is very fitting in Seattle.
We walked over to the Space Needle.
The Chilhuly Glass Art Museum is now open.

Ready for some beer!
Picking out our next poison.
Good times.
Apparently Joe was having a good time snapping photos of me while I was oblivious.

Jealous onlookers.
German beer maids.
Such a perfect day.
Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

We walked down to South Lake Union after having our fill in beer.
