Today we went biking. We parked in Woodinville to ride
the Sammamish River Trail down to Redmond.
Joe is now a Seattlite, biking in his footies along the
Sammamish River Trail.
Our destination of Mac ‘n Jack’s in Redmond was
ill-thought threw since they only fill growlers to go and don’t sell pints for
tasting, but we found a treat in Marymoor Park, a radio controlled model
airplane flying field! Of course we had to stop and watch.
This was the hottest day yet reaching 80 degrees! First
time I felt comfortable in a t-shirt. My bare arms stretched out in the sun got
nice and burnt of course.
This trail really is great. The river even looks like a
nice kayak paddle.
We biked 20 miles today. It was a great day for it. Wilmot Gateway Park has a wonderful pergola.
